Frequently Asked Questions
Who can get a Vietnam eVisa?
Nationals of over 80 countries are eligible for the Vietnam eVisa. This includes USA, UK, EU member states, Australia, Canada, and most Asian countries. Contact us to confirm your nationality is eligible.
How long does an eVisa last?
The standard Vietnam eVisa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. You can choose single entry or multiple entry. The eVisa itself is valid for up to 90 days from issue date, and your stay cannot exceed 90 days per entry.
Can I extend my eVisa?
The eVisa itself cannot be extended, but after arrival you can apply for a visa extension or convert your status to a TRC (if eligible). We can help with this once you are in Vietnam.
What's the difference between an eVisa and a Visa on Arrival?
An eVisa is a standalone visa - you arrive with it already approved. A Visa on Arrival requires a pre-approved letter that you exchange for a visa stamp at the airport. The eVisa is accepted at all ports of entry including land borders; Visa on Arrival is only available at international airports.
Can I work on an eVisa?
No. The eVisa is a tourist/visitor visa and does not permit employment. To work legally in Vietnam you need a work permit and TRC. We can advise on the best pathway once you arrive.
What if my application is rejected?
eVisa rejections are uncommon but can happen due to document issues or eligibility reasons. We review your documents before submission to minimize this risk. If rejected due to our error, we resubmit at no extra charge.
Our Guarantee
If your eVisa is rejected due to an error in our application, we resubmit at no additional cost.
