We work across serviced apartments (great for the first 1-3 months), standard apartments, and some villa/house options. We focus on properties with clean leases and good landlord communication for expats.

What is the police registration (temporary residence registration)?

Foreign nationals living in Vietnam are required to register with the local police ward within 24-48 hours of arrival at a new address. Your landlord should handle this, but many don't. We make sure it is done correctly - it's essential for TRC applications and bank accounts.

Can you help with school search for my children?
